This is a complete waste of time, visitor numbers have dropped right off this year meaning less revenue being generated in Wales, we have had to lower Prices to a ridiculous level to attract enough lettings to hit the 182 threshold and now you want to turn round to the general public and say by the way we going to tax you to stay!!
You really couldn't make it up, what planet are you on ??
The Regulatory Impact Assessment is set out in Part 2 of the Explanatory Memorandum (https://senedd.wales/media/g5ipwvwh/pri-ld16812-em-e.pdf). This includes the Welsh Government’s assessments of the financial and other impacts of the Bill and its implementation.

People from all over the uk will go abroad instead,we are all sick to death of tax on tax,as if there aren't enough problems without this, and you will provoke demonstrations taking up public service time and money.

Devastating and moronic
The powers to make subordinate legislation are set out in Part 1: Chapter 5 of the Explanatory Memorandum (https://senedd.wales/media/g5ipwvwh/pri-ld16812-em-e.pdf).
The Welsh Government has also set out its statement of policy intent for subordinate legislation (https://business.senedd.wales/documents/s155951/Statement%20of%20Policy%20Intent.pdf).

Just scrap the Welsh government, do us all a favour and let hard working people get on with creating a worthwhile contribution for local people and local jobs.

Just scrap it and sack anyone involved in it,there is no quality in badly thought out tax.
(We would be grateful if you could keep your answer to around 500 words).
More totally unnecessary legislation providing employment for back sides on seats.

Please undertake an assessment of the idiots that propose this and have them sent on a course on what it takes to run a business, then send them off to do some real work.
